About Me
I am Shaneka Campbell, a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist.
Passionate Founder of Prolific Peace Therapy. I provide therapeutic care to individuals, couples, and the community. Throughout my career, I have conducted hundreds of client sessions, facilitated support groups, and collaborated across multidisciplinary teams to strengthen access to quality mental health care.
Born and raised in Connecticut, I began my career supporting adolescents in mental health settings, which later expanded to counseling adults and couples. As the daughter of Jamaican parents and a first-generation license professional, I bring both personal and professional insight into the cultural dynamics, expectations, and unique challenges that shape identity, relationships, and emotional wellness.
My work is centered on supporting women and BIPOC communities, creating culturally responsive spaces that honor identity, lived experience, and resilience. My specialties include anxiety, depression, major life transitions, women’s issues, and relationship challenges. With a background spanning in community mental health, intensive outpatient care, group and private practice, I am committed to both clinical excellence and advocacy for equitable care.
I show up with a millennial spirit and the warmth of your favorite auntie’s soul — welcoming laughter, snacks, and your coziest blanket into the space. I bring my full, authentic self into the room so you feel safe to do the same.
As a speaker and clinician, I strive to bring compassion, and intention—inviting conversations that normalize healing, deepen relationships, and empower individuals to live abundantly.
I welcome you exactly as you are:
