If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from yourself, struggling in relationships, or navigating a major life transition, therapy can help. You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy.

Think of the first session as a conversation, not an interrogation. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your goals, your relationships, and any concerns you may have about the process.

You're not alone. Many clients begin therapy feeling nervous or unsure about what to expect. There's no "right way" to do therapy.
Logistics & Fees-
Not at this time. Prolific Peace is a Telehealth (virtual) practice. Using HIPPA compliant Google Meet

Individual therapy sessions are approximately 53–55 minutes.
Couples sessions may vary depending on the service provided.

Yes. We are in-network with select insurance plans.
CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Carelon, Cigna, Kaiser
Payments are collected via Headway Platform.

All billing, insurance claims, and payment processing are securely managed through Headway. If you use insurance, Headway will verify your benefits and process your claims. If you are paying out of pocket, your payment method will be securely stored through Headway and charged after each session.
Couples Therapy-
Yes. We work with couples seeking to improve communication, strengthen emotional connection, navigate conflict, rebuild trust, and deepen intimacy.

Yes. Premarital counseling helps couples establish healthy communication patterns, explore expectations, strengthen conflict-resolution skills, and prepare for marriage intentionally.

In most cases, yes. However, there may be occasions where individual sessions are incorporated as part of the treatment process.
