The Prolific Peace Process
I believe therapy should be as unique as the person sitting in front of me. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing, which is why I tailor our work together to your individual needs and goals.
1.
Book a free 15 minute consultation. During our consultation, we'll take time to explore your current challenges, identify your goals, and determine whether my approach aligns with the support you're seeking.
2.
If we decide to work together, we'll schedule your first session and discuss next steps. If I'm not the best fit for your needs, I will happily provide referrals
3.
Next, you will receive an email invitation to create your client portal account, along with intake forms and consent documents to review and complete before your first session.
Once all required paperwork has been submitted, you will receive your Google Meet Telehealth link and appointment details.
4.
Most importantly, take a moment to acknowledge yourself for taking this meaningful step toward prioritizing your mental health and overall well-being!
I’m honored to walk alongside you and look forward to helping you cultivate a life that feels more aligned, empowered, and at peace.

Modalities
My style is gentle, warm, affirming, and collaborative, grounded in authenticity and connection. I show up with a millennial spirit and the warmth of your favorite auntie’s soul —welcoming laughter, snacks, and your coziest blanket into the space. I bring my full, authentic self into the room so you feel safe to do the same. Each session is intentionally shaped by your needs and where you are in your journey.
I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities and thoughtfully integrate them based on what best supports your growth, healing, and goals.
-
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a structured, evidence-based approach that supports you in understanding the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. In a collaborative space, we explore unhelpful patterns and gently work toward shifting them, helping you build practical tools that support emotional balance, self-awareness, and meaningful change in daily life.
-
Solution-Focused Therapy is a collaborative, strengths-based approach that centers what’s possible. Rather than staying solely in the problem, we focus on your resilience, existing tools, and what’s already working, then build on those foundations to create small, intentional steps toward meaningful and sustainable change.
-
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is a structured, evidence-based approach that centers emotions as the key to healing and connection. In our work together, we explore emotional patterns, deepen awareness of underlying needs, and create space for more secure, responsive, and meaningful relationships—whether within yourself or with others.
-
Narrative Therapy is a collaborative, reflective approach that invites you to explore the stories you’ve internalized about yourself and your life. Together, we examine how those narratives were formed, how they show up today, and how we can gently re-author them in ways that highlight your resilience, strengths, and possibilities for healing and growth.
-
The Gottman Method is a research-based approach to couples therapy designed to strengthen connection, deepen friendship, and improve communication. In a collaborative space, we explore relational patterns, repair areas of disconnection, and build practical tools to navigate conflict with greater understanding, respect, and emotional safety.
