What We Offer

We offer a range of services to meet you where you are, including individual therapy, couples counseling, and wellness speaking engagements. Each offering is grounded in a relational, supportive approach that centers your growth, fosters connection, and honors your unique journey.

The Prolific Peace Process

I believe therapy should be as unique as the person sitting in front of me. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing, which is why I tailor our work together to your individual needs and goals.

1.

Book a free 15 minute consultation. During our consultation, we'll take time to explore your current challenges, identify your goals, and determine whether my approach aligns with the support you're seeking.

2.

If we decide to work together, we'll schedule your first session and discuss next steps. If I'm not the best fit for your needs, I will happily provide referrals

3.

Next, you will receive an email invitation to create your client portal account, along with intake forms and consent documents to review and complete before your first session.

Once all required paperwork has been submitted, you will receive your Google Meet Telehealth link and appointment details.

4.

Most importantly, take a moment to acknowledge yourself for taking this meaningful step toward prioritizing your mental health and overall well-being!

I’m honored to walk alongside you and look forward to helping you cultivate a life that feels more aligned, empowered, and at peace.

Modalities

My style is gentle, warm, affirming, and collaborative, grounded in authenticity and connection. I show up with a millennial spirit and the warmth of your favorite auntie’s soul —welcoming laughter, snacks, and your coziest blanket into the space. I bring my full, authentic self into the room so you feel safe to do the same. Each session is intentionally shaped by your needs and where you are in your journey.

I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities and thoughtfully integrate them based on what best supports your growth, healing, and goals.
